With a new anchor connector, two aluminium profiles can be connected together without having to modify them. The new joining technology allows the quick and easy creation of profile constructions without any interfering contours. The anchor connector is inserted into the drill hole and locked in place with a screw. The side anchor fastens the connector to the other profile, but it also prevents twisting.

Compared to standard angle bracket connectors, the new connectors don’t produce any interfering contours on the exterior. This makes it easy to realize constructions which are not only functional, but also satisfy more demanding design expectations. With the ability to absorb a perpendicular force of 90 to 120 kg, the new connector easily keeps pace with an angle bracket. As such, no drilling and thread cutting is required. Not only does that save time during installation, but costs too.

But the new developments can do even more: The manufacturer mk technology in Troisdorf also offers ways to add and shift profiles later on. For example, when conditions change after a profile construction is already in use, with the new connector elements additional profiles can be easily added. For the special needs in the clean room too, a connector was also developed which joins special clean room profiles with their sealed groove cleanly and rotation-proof. Because of the extremely good form fit, even the smallest of particles have no chance of contaminating the construction.
