Dr. Hinrich Mählmann is the new president of the GDA

Dr. Hinrich Mählmann (59) is the new president of the German Aluminium Association (GDA), Düsseldorf. He was elected in the General Assembly of the GDA on 09 September 2015 in Dusseldorf and thus succeeds Heinz-Peter Schlüter (65), who had held this function since September 2013.

Aluminium business activity in the summer of 2015

The German aluminium industry increased its production of raw aluminium and shaped aluminium castings in the first half of 2015.
